We offer 2 Packages:
Package A: No children and no division of assets
- Telephone, video-call or in-person consultation in our office.
- Advising you on your rights and obligations in divorce proceedings under the Law Reform (Marriage and Divorce) Act 1976.
- Advising you on the steps and estimated timelines.
- Drafting the joint petition and other cause papers for divorce only (without terms regarding children and division of assets).
- Advising you on the terms of the Joint Petition.
- Finalizing the terms of the Joint Petition .
- Obtaining the decree nisi and the decree nisi absolute.
- One appearance in court .
- RM250 for each additional appearance in Court
Package B: With children and/or division of assets
- Telephone, video-call or in-person consultation in our office.
- Advising you on your rights and obligations in divorce proceedings under the Law Reform (Marriage and Divorce) Act 1976.
- Advising you on the steps and estimated timelines.
- Drafting the joint petition and other cause papers for divorce only (with terms regarding children and/or division of assets).
