- Advising you on the type of acts and/or things that an attorney (the recipient of the Power of Attorney) can do on behalf of the Donor in regard to the property
- Drafting your Power of Attorney which gives the Attorney the right to sell, transfer or otherwise deal with the Donor’s property
- Explaining the contents of the Power of Attorney and confirming your instructions
- Attending to signing of the Power of Attorney with the relevant parties at our office
- Witnessing the Power of Attorney
- If required, our in-house Notary Public will notarize the Power of Attorney

- Drafting your Power of Attorney which gives the Attorney the right to sell, transfer or otherwise deal with the Donor’s shares in a company
- Explaining the contents of the Power of Attorney and confirming your instructions
- Attending to signing of the Power of Attorney with the relevant parties at our office
- Witnessing the Power of Attorney
- If required, our in-house Notary Public will notarize the Power of Attorney

For Comprehensive Power of Attorney with Conditions Precedent

- Advising you on the type of acts and/or things that an attorney (the recipient of the Power of Attorney) can do on behalf of the Donor in regard to the property
- Drafting your Power of Attorney which gives the Attorney the right to act for a specific purpose, with conditions precedent according to your
specific instructions or drafting your Power of Attorney to include clauses which are linked to compliance with a definitive agreement - Explaining the contents of the Power of Attorney and confirming your instructions
- Liaising with the other lawyers and parties on the draft Power of Attorney, advising and attending to amendments
- Attending to signing of the Power of Attorney with the relevant parties at our office
- Witnessing the Power of Attorney
- If required, our in-house Notary Public will notarize the Power of Attorney
- Preparing and drafting your Power of Attorney for empowering an Attorney for a specific purpose with condition precedents according to your
specific instructions or preparing and drafting your Power of Attorney comprising back-to-back clauses with a definitive agreement
