- Advising you and taking your instructions on the appointment of executors/trustees
- Advising you and taking your instructions on the distribution of your assets
- Perusing and advising you on documents evidencing your assets
- Preparing and drafting your will with the basic clauses for the distribution of your assets to your beneficiaries
- Explaining the contents of the will and confirming your instructions
- Providing 2 witnesses to witness you signing your will at our office.

- Preparing and drafting your will with the basic clauses and customised clauses for the distribution of your assets to your beneficiaries
- Explaining the contents of the will and confirming your instructions
- Providing 2 witnesses to witness you signing your will at our office.
Lifetime Will Storage
Hardcopy & Digital copy

- You will keep your original will.
- We will keep one copy of your original will.
- The will that is kept with us will be in secure storage in a fire-proof safe. As a back-up, we will keep a digital PDF copy on our secure servers
- We will release the original and/or the digital copy of the will to:
o you upon your instructions in writing;
o your legal representative upon production of the original death certificate; or
o your next-of-kin or beneficiaries of your estate in the event your legal representatives are deceased or have declined to act and upon production of the
original death certificate
